Ladies Night: Sexual Empowerment Dance Workshop

Ladies Night is a judgment-free, body-positive dance workshop designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, confidence, and sense of self. Through guided movement, music, and reflection, participants are encouraged to explore self-expression, sensuality, and empowerment in a safe and supportive space.

This workshop is not about performance, it’s about agency, comfort, and reclaiming joy in your body on your own terms.
